My order was ready when I got there, so that was good, but the staff seemed kind of confused, like, one person was checking something, then another jumped in, and I just stood there for a bit. Not a bad experience, just not super quick or smooth.

I’ve had this for three winters now, it’s been solid. No leaks at all, even through some rough weather. I’ve tried similar products from other brands before, and they usually started showing problems after a season or two, so this one has definitely held up better than I expected.

"Really happy with the fit"
I ordered these from timberland.com they fit even better than I expected. I wore them for a full day right out of the box and didn’t have any rubbing or sore spots at all. The sizing felt pretty much "spot on" for me. They feel sturdy, but still comfortable enough for walking around a lot. Overall, I’m "really happy" with them.

I bought these boots and I have to say, I was weirdly thrilled by the info about the recycled materials. Like, did I need to feel emotionally attached to a pair of boots? Apparently yes. They look good, feel good, and knowing they’re made with more sustainable materials just makes wearing them feel even better.

"Solid grip, even if I’m second-guessing myself"
I bought these from Timberland mostly for work and walking the dog, and the grip has been the thing I notice most. Wet sidewalks usually make me a little nervous, and I kept wondering if I was just convincing myself they were better than they are, but nope, they really don’t slide around much at all, even on muddy grass.

I also wore them out in some light snow and felt steady the whole time. Shipping was normal, nothing exciting but no problems either. Maybe I’m being too impressed by shoes doing what they’re supposed to do, but I’m happy with them. 5 stars from me...

I ordered a pair of boots from timberland.com and they seem legit to me. The leather feels real, not that fake plasticky kind, and the stitching looks solid. "Loyalty points are alright, just a bit slow"
I signed up for the Timberland loyalty program when I ordered some boots online. The sign up part was easy and the points did show up eventually, but it wasn’t instant. I had to check back a couple days later, which was kinda annoying.
The rewards are decent, but nothing super exciting tbh. I do wish they made it more clear how much the points are actually worth before you get to checkout. Customer service helped me once, but it took a little longer than I expected. Not terrible, just feels like it could be better.

"Refund came through, just a bit slow"
I ended up returning my boots and did get my refund, but it took a little over two weeks. Customer service was fine overall, nothing terrible, but the update emails were kind of vague. Maybe they were backed up with returns or something, I’m not sure. Just would’ve been nicer to have clearer info along the way.

"Rain doesn’t stress me out anymore"
Rain used to be such a hassle for me, but now it’s not a problem at all. I kind of feel like some products make a big deal out of being “weatherproof” just to get you to buy them, so I wasn’t expecting much. But this actually held up and did what it was supposed to do. Happy with it so far.

It just took way too long, honestly. I kept thinking it would be ready any minute, then somehow more time passed, and I was already kind of over it. The service itself might’ve been fine, I don’t know, but the wait really stuck with me. I had other stuff to do too, so yeah, not the best experience.

"Promo code worked on the first try"
I used a promo code on timberland.com for a pair of boots, and it sorta surprised me that it worked right away. No random errors, no getting bounced around at checkout, just applied like it was supposed to.

The discount showed up before I paid, which I appreciated because I could see exactly what I was saving. The shipping total updated normally too, so there wasn’t any guesswork.

Overall, it was a easy experience. I’ve had plenty of codes fail on other sites, so this was a nice change. I’d use one again.

"Fit was pretty much right for me"
I ordered my normal size and they fit like I was hoping. I was a little worried since boots online can be kinda hard to guess, but these was true to size for me. Didn’t have to return or exchange them, so that was nice. Overall happy with how they fit.

The boots look clean and go with almost everything I wear. The design is simple but really nice, which I like. I just felt a little ignored during the whole buying process, like I had a question and didn’t really get much help or attention. Still, the boots themselves are good.

"Return worked, but am I missing something?"
I ordered a pair of boots from Timberland, but the sizing felt a little off, so I ended up returning them. "Nice quality, but wait for a sale"
I bought a pair from timberland.com the quality is really nice. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. That said, for the price, I kind of expected them to feel a little more comfortable right out of the box. They’re not bad at all, I’m just not totally sure the value is there unless you can grab them on sale.
